Before

Short-form video needs volume to work, and volume usually means a studio and a growing bill. The brand wanted a steady stream of videos without either.

A five-stage pipeline now produces videos at a fraction of the earlier cost per clip. We cut the model calls needed per video from 66 to about 3.
