One system that follows a job
from the order to the shipment
Most factories run on a spreadsheet, a paper notebook, or a boxed ERP. It does not fit how a small factory actually works, and it bills by the seat either way. We build the parts you actually need, owned by you, starting with one module or the whole floor.
Where the money and time actually go
A spreadsheet works until a second person needs to see the same number at the same time. A notebook on the shop floor works until it gets lost or a reading is wrong. A boxed ERP, CRM or BI tool is built for someone else’s factory. It often does not match how your lines actually run. It also charges per seat, whether your five office staff use it fully or barely touch it. We have moved a factory off exactly this kind of system, and we know what breaks when the subscription stops.
The modules
| Module | What it does | What a subscription for this usually costs | Price from | Timeline |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Orders and production | Request, job card, routing between stations, stage check-ins from a tablet or QR | $69-110 per person a month | $9,000 | 6-8 weeks |
| Warehouse and purchasing | Stock, reorder point, supplier requests, stocktaking from a phone | $299-675 a month | $4,500 | 3-5 weeks |
| Cost and plan-vs-actual | Raw material, weight or piece count per order, compared against the plan | An add-on module, or a manual spreadsheet | $3,000 | 2-3 weeks |
| Quality control | Photo checklists, a defect log with causes, exports for audits | Usually tens of thousands of dollars a year, pricing on request | $3,000 | 2-3 weeks |
| Equipment maintenance | Service schedule, repair requests from a phone, downtime log | $24-75 per technician a month | $2,500 | 2-3 weeks |
| AI quote builder | From an email or a message to a quote, using your price lists - a manager checks it | Almost no ready alternative - this is normally hours of an engineer’s time | $4,000 | 4-6 weeks |
| Owner dashboard | Revenue, load, defects and stock in Telegram every morning | $14-24 per person, plus an analyst | $2,500 | 2-3 weeks |
When FABRICA is the better move
One module solves one bottleneck. FABRICA, our flagship for manufacturing, builds all of this as one system. The founder personally leads the project, with a written baseline guarantee and 90 days of free fixes after launch. A 40-person factory running boxed software - an ERP, a sales CRM and a BI tool, a maintenance system - usually pays around $66,000 every year, plus setup. FABRICA is $45,000 once, with a server you pay directly at $50-150 a month, and changes billed per task. It typically pays back in 9 to 12 months. If your case genuinely fits an inexpensive off-the-shelf box instead, around $30 per person a month, we say so during the audit. Then we set that box up for you, rather than selling you more than you need.
Where we start
Every engagement opens with a $500, 3 to 5 day audit of your current subscriptions and processes, which ends in a written payback calculation. If you move to FABRICA within 6 months, that audit payment counts toward it. No per-user licence, ever: open technology, your server, your data.

We build every system in clear modules, with docs and tests. Add full control and it becomes truly yours. For $1,000 on top of any service, we transfer every account and server to you. We also write down how to run the process without us.
- Flexible. The system is built in modules, so it grows with your business instead of being rebuilt.
- You are in control. You run it yourself, with an AI assistant if you like, without waiting on us.
- Any developer can take over. Another team picks it up from the docs in days, so you are never locked in.
- We stay only if you want. After handover there is no monthly fee: you pay for each change you order, and nothing else.
FAQ
How much does a custom production system cost?
One module starts at $2,500. A bundle covering orders, cost tracking and an owner dashboard starts at $12,500. The full FABRICA program starts at $45,000. These are launch prices, valid until 31 March 2027.
How long does it take to build?
Two to eight weeks per module. The full FABRICA program, covering orders, warehouse, quality and maintenance together, runs 120 days.
Can we start with one module and add more later?
Yes. Most factories start with orders and production or with the warehouse, then add costing or maintenance once the first module is running. Each module is built to connect to the next one, not to be rebuilt.
Do we have to replace our boxed ERP completely?
No. We often start next to it. One module covers what the boxed system does badly, or charges the most for, and the rest stays as it is until you decide to move more.
What if a cheap off-the-shelf box actually covers our case?
Then we say so. The audit that opens this work compares your real process against a simple, inexpensive subscription box. If the box wins on payback, we recommend it and set it up instead.
Who pays for the server, and does the bill grow as we hire more people?
You do, directly, usually $50 to $150 a month, with no licence fee on top. We build on open technology with no per-user licensing, so growing your headcount never raises your software bill.
