If it happens on a screen,
we can automate it with AI
If your team does it in a browser, a messenger, a spreadsheet or an inbox, an agent can do it. It needs the right tools and the right safety checks. We have automated pricing for a 25,000-product catalogue and order books pulled from Telegram chats. Also video production, product cards, lead routing and accounting for a manufacturer. The catalogue below lists what we automate most often. Your process is missing? We can still probably do it.
The catalogue
More than a hundred processes, grouped by team. Each page shows what gets automated and what stays with a person. You also see the safety checks, the starting price and the timeline. Browse the automations catalogue.
Sales and support. Lead qualification and routing, plus follow-ups to contacts who opted in. Quotes, order status and refunds. Replies to reviews and answers to common questions in every messenger. Agents that talk to customers introduce themselves as AI assistants at the start of every conversation.
Marketing and content. Ad reports, creative variants and product descriptions. SEO briefs, posts and newsletters. Competitor and price monitoring, plus clean UTM tags on every link.
Documents and data. Invoices, receipts and contracts from templates. Data entry and reading scans (OCR). Cleaning duplicates, spreadsheet routines and weekly reports in plain language.
Finance, HR and operations. Expense categories, reconciliation and payroll inputs. Help with candidate screening: candidates are told AI assists, protected characteristics are excluded and bias is checked. Nobody gets rejected without recruiter approval. Also onboarding, scheduling, stock alerts and supplier emails.
Development and IT. Code review and writing tests. Release notes and sorting through logs. Uptime monitoring and documentation.
From first call to launch
- Map. One session with the people who do the work. Inputs, rules, exceptions, volume.
- Split. What the agent does, what a person approves, what stays manual.
- Build. An agent, a script or both, with tests and a trial run on real data.
- Safety checks and launch. Approval queue, limits, logs, alerts and an off switch. Documentation for the team.
- Measure. Hours saved and failures caught, reviewed every month.
We use it on ourselves first
We run our own businesses on these automations. A marketplace we are launching has an AI money auditor. A content pipeline has a critic agent that checks the drafts. An analytics database has an AI analyst in Telegram. Every pattern we sell was tested on our own money first.

FAQ
How much does automating a process cost?
One automation starts at $500. Automating a whole department starts at $2,500, and a company-wide rollout starts at $8,000 - both launch prices, valid until 31 March 2027. The exact number comes after we map the process.
How long does one automation take?
Three to ten days for a single process. A department, with several automations tied together, takes two to six weeks.
What can you automate, and what stays with people?
Anything with a repeatable rule and digital inputs: reading, sorting and drafting, calculating and sending alerts. Decisions with money or legal weight, anything a rule cannot describe and final approval of what customers see stay with a person. We show you that split before we quote.
How do you stop an agent from breaking things?
Risky steps wait in a queue for a person to approve, with caps on how often an agent acts and how much it can spend. Every action is logged, there is an off switch, and everything runs in a test mode that changes nothing before it goes live.
Who maintains the automation after it launches, and does it cost extra every month?
It runs on your own accounts and tools, and there is no monthly fee by default. If you want us to keep tuning it, you order a change and we price that task - you only pay for what you ask for.
