Stores and marketplaces
engineered for margin
We have built our own online stores and a digital-goods marketplace we are launching. So we know where the money leaks. Wrong prices in the ad feed. Orders your analytics cannot see. Products sold below cost. Delivery that needs a person awake at 3 a.m. We build the guards first and the design second.
Where we find the money
Store audits. We watch session recordings and check speed and catalogue structure. Then reviews, discounts, the ad feed and tracking. In one store most of the catalogue sat outside any category. In another, the ad feed showed wrong prices and sent shoppers to error pages. Fixing that is worth more than a redesign.
Store builds. We clean up the catalogue and product data into clear lines and SKUs, then pick the platform. Local payments and delivery come next. Promo engines with up to eight mechanics, loyalty points and bundles. A blog, an AI product consultant and ad feeds. Lighthouse 90+ on mobile. We have shipped stores for several countries, each with its own payment and address rules.
Marketplace automation for licensed digital goods. A clean catalogue in many currencies. A pricing engine for a large catalogue with fee-aware margin floors. Supplier integrations that pick the lowest price. One engine prepared 25,746 listings for two marketplaces. Competitor prices are collected with the noise filtered out, and delivery has its own checks. The marketplace we are launching is built on this. It has 2,000+ products and an AI “money auditor” that checks every order.
Loyalty and retention. Points, cashback and referrals. Bundles based on what real customers buy together. Win-back messages in Telegram and LINE for customers who opted in.
Four steps
- Audit what exists. Store, feeds, tracking, orders and margins.
- Plan with numbers. What changes, what it should move and what it costs.
- Build with guards. Minimum margins, orders that cannot be created twice, stock checks and limits on calls to outside services.
- Launch and measure. Tracking all the way to revenue, plus a weekly review in the first month.
Marketplaces we work with
We do not stop at your own store. Here is where else your catalogue can sell, and what we handle on each platform.

New entrants like the Temu and Shein seller programs get the same account and listing audit before we recommend going in.
What we do on each marketplace
- Seller account setup, verification and category approval.
- Product and catalogue content: titles, bullets, infographics - built to each marketplace’s template.
- Feed management and stock sync, so the same SKU never oversells across channels.
- Pricing and repricing with a margin floor, the same engine we use for any marketplace automation project.
- Fulfilment and logistics integration: FBA, WFS, a marketplace’s own logistics, or your own warehouse.
- Ads inside the marketplace itself, not just Meta and Google.
- Review requests kept inside each platform’s rules. Never a fake review, never a gated request.
- Profit and loss by SKU, not just by order.
- API integrations for orders, inventory and pricing.
- Compliance and certificates a specific marketplace or category asks for.

8-10 weeks Discuss this packageWe build every system in clear modules, with docs and tests. Add full control and it becomes truly yours. For $1,000 on top of any service, we transfer every account and server to you. We also write down how to run the process without us.
- Flexible. The system is built in modules, so it grows with your business instead of being rebuilt.
- You are in control. You run it yourself, with an AI assistant if you like, without waiting on us.
- Any developer can take over. Another team picks it up from the docs in days, so you are never locked in.
- We stay only if you want. After handover there is no monthly fee: you pay for each change you order, and nothing else.
FAQ
How much does building or fixing an online store cost?
A store audit with fixes starts at $1,500. A full store build starts at $5,000. Marketplace automation across several platforms starts at $8,000. These are launch prices, valid until 31 March 2027.
How long does a store build take?
One to two weeks for an audit and its fixes. Six to twelve weeks for a full store or marketplace build, depending on the catalogue size and the number of platforms involved.
Shopify, WordPress or custom?
Shopify when you need to launch fast and the catalogue is standard. WordPress and WooCommerce when content matters and the budget is tight. Custom when you need local payments, a promo engine or logic the platforms do not support.
How do you stop us from selling below cost?
With a margin guard: a rule that blocks any listing or order priced below cost plus platform fees. We ran it on our own marketplace before launch, and it checked 864 orders without missing one below cost.
Who owns the store, and what happens after launch?
You do - the catalogue, the code and the accounts are yours on payment, as set in the contract. After launch there is no monthly fee by default. You order changes as you need them, priced per task.
