We take the routine off your team.
You keep the future.
Most owners we meet spend 15 to 30 hours a week on work that follows a rule. Answering the same questions. Moving numbers between tables. Chasing contractors. Posting, re-posting, checking. We take that work over as a service. Agents do the repeating. A person on our side watches the queue. You read a weekly report and approve only the decisions that carry money or risk. You get your week back.
The routine we take off your plate
Sales routine. Every new lead gets a first reply within a minute in Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, LINE or email. The agent asks qualifying questions and books calls. Leads who opted in get follow-ups on day 1, 3 and 7. Your CRM stays clean. The agent introduces itself as an AI assistant at the start of every conversation.
Support routine. Answers from your knowledge base, order status, returns and replies to reviews. When the rule runs out, the agent hands over to a person with the full context.
Numbers routine. Weekly and monthly reports from ads, orders, CRM and bank exports. Written in plain language, with what changed and why. They land in Telegram before you ask.
Catalogue and content routine. Listings and prices kept in line across marketplaces. Product cards and posts scheduled from an approved plan. Newsletters and clean UTM tags on every link.
Admin routine. Invoices sent and chased, expenses sorted into categories. Documents filed and meetings scheduled. Reminders sent and forms filled.
How the handover goes
- Audit. Three days with the people doing the work. Every repeating task, its hours and its cost.
- Handover order. Biggest hours first, lowest risk first. You approve the list.
- Build. Agents get the right tools and safety checks. We test them on real data in a mode that changes nothing.
- Run. Agents do the work and a person on our side supervises daily. Risky steps wait in your approval queue.
- Report. Every week: hours saved, errors caught, exceptions and what to hand over next.
We run our own business this way
We built this for ourselves first. Our pricing engine keeps a 25,000-product catalogue in many currencies in line without a person. An agent rebuilt an order book from a chat log, 571 of 571 orders, and matched it against the bank. A price monitor caught 184 of 218 undercut events with zero false alarms. Same patterns, same safety checks, now for your routine.
Post nos, futurum.

3-5 weeks Discuss this packageWe build every system in clear modules, with docs and tests. Add full control and it becomes truly yours. For $1,000 on top of any service, we transfer every account and server to you. We also write down how to run the process without us.
- Flexible. The system is built in modules, so it grows with your business instead of being rebuilt.
- You are in control. You run it yourself, with an AI assistant if you like, without waiting on us.
- Any developer can take over. Another team picks it up from the docs in days, so you are never locked in.
- We stay only if you want. After handover there is no monthly fee: you pay for each change you order, and nothing else.
FAQ
How much does it cost to outsource routine work to you?
A routine audit starts at $400. Ongoing takeover starts at $1,200 a month, and a dedicated operations partner starts at $3,500 a month. Start either before 31 March 2027 and the price is locked for 12 months.
What can you take over in the first two weeks?
Usually the loudest jobs: replying to new leads in every messenger, sorting the inbox, putting together the weekly numbers, and updating listings and prices. Each has a clear rule and digital inputs - that is all an agent needs.
How is this different from hiring an assistant or an agency?
An assistant works 40 hours a week and needs managing. An agency sells you a project and leaves. Here agents do the repeating work around the clock, and a person on our side supervises the queue. You pay for results you can count in hours and errors.
Who is responsible when something goes wrong?
Our team owns the process. Every action is logged, risky steps need your approval, and liability is set in the service agreement. A person on our side checks exceptions every day and fixes the process if an agent makes a mistake.
Do I lose control of my accounts or data?
No. Everything runs on your accounts, with access you grant and can take back, and your data stays in your own tools. If you stop, you get documentation of every process.
Is there a long contract?
No. Monthly plans run with 30 days' notice, the same terms as our other ongoing services. You get full documentation of every process if you ever decide to stop.
