Who we are. Senator Media (senator.media) is a software development and marketing studio. For privacy questions, write to info@senator.media. Each service agreement names the contracting entity and its registered details. We share them on request.
What we collect. From the request form we get what you type: your name, contact and message. We also get the budget and direction you pick and your answers in the diagnostic. Along with that come the page you sent it from, your language and time zone, and the marketing tags from the link you came by (UTM). For spam protection we record your IP address and browser type. From the chat we get the messages you write to our AI assistant, the page and the language. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering you and protecting the form from abuse.
Who processes it. We do not sell your data. To run the site we use these processors. Contabo GmbH runs our server in Germany and stores requests and chat history. Telegram delivers new requests to our team, with servers outside the EU. Anthropic PBC, USA, generates the AI assistant's replies under its commercial terms and standard contractual clauses. If you accept analytics, Google, Meta and PostHog also process data, as described below.
AI assistant. The chat on this site and in our Telegram bot is an AI assistant, not a person. A person from the team takes over when you ask. Please do not share passwords, payment details or health information in the chat.
Analytics. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and PostHog load only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser at any time.
Retention. We keep requests and chat history for up to 24 months, then they are deleted automatically. You can ask for a copy or for deletion at any time.
Your rights. Your rights depend on where you live: EU and UK GDPR, Thailand PDPA, California CCPA and similar laws. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability. You can object to processing and complain to your data protection authority. Write to info@senator.media. We answer within 30 days.
Children. Our services are for businesses and adults. We arrange lessons for children only with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect a child's data without their consent.
