How we work.
And how you pay.
One process for every service, start to finish. For advertising specifically, five ways to pay and the math behind each one - a budget calculator included. No step skipped, no fee hidden.
Launch prices 2026: a new service line from a team working since 2015. Launch prices for the first clients until 31 March 2027, then they rise.

01
Free 30-minute call
We ask about your task. You get a price range and a rough timeline on the call, no slide deck.
-
02
Audit or plan, priced
A written audit or plan, with a price before we start. If you go ahead with the project, that fee counts toward it.
-
03
Contract
The result, deadlines and stages in writing. A baseline - 'not worse than before' - checked by numbers, not by feel.
-
04
Prepayment
50% for projects. Flagship programs pay in stages. Ongoing work is billed monthly, in advance.
-
05
Work, with a weekly demo
You see something new every week. Read access to the code or the dashboard starts on day one, not at handover.
-
06
Handover
The code and the access are yours, with instructions for running it. Full control, a fully independent setup, is +$1,000 on top.

07
What happens next
Pick one: edits per task from $150, a pack of 10 edits for the price of 8, or ongoing work where the service runs continuously by nature.
Five ways to pay for ad management
The ad budget always goes straight to the platform - Meta, Google, TikTok - separate from what you pay us. Below is what each payment model is built for, and where it stops making sense.
Audit and launch from $1,000
For: A first campaign, or a clean start after a messy account. Not ongoing management.
2 to 3 weeks. One payment, one deliverable: the account launched and handed to you, with or without ongoing management after.
From $1,000/month
For: Budgets up to $10,000 a month, where you want a flat, predictable monthly cost.
A flat fee, even when spend moves up or down inside the budget. Simple to plan. Simple to compare against last month's invoice.
Tiered, like a tax bracket
For: Growing budgets, where you want our share to shrink as spend grows.
12% of the first $30,000 a month. 10% of the part from $30,000 to $100,000. 8% above that. Minimum $1,200/month. Above $300,000/month we price it individually.
$1,500/month + 5% of spend
For: Budgets from $30,000 a month, for at least 3 months.
A base fee that covers the team's time, plus a smaller percentage on top. Lower ceiling than a pure percentage model at large budgets.
$500/month + 10-15% of revenue growth over baseline
For: Only after a 90-day pilot, for a minimum of 6 months.
Or a fixed fee per qualified lead. Needs tracking into your revenue numbers and access to your order data - we cannot price what we cannot see.
See the fee at your budget
Type in a monthly ad budget to compare the tiered percent model against the hybrid model. The table below shows five typical budgets side by side.
Hybrid starts at $30,000/month - below that, compare fixed, retainer or tiered %.
Above $300,000/month we price individually - the numbers below stop at that ceiling.
| Monthly ad budget, $ | Tiered %, fee/month | Hybrid, fee/month |
|---|---|---|
| $10,000 | $1,200 | $2,000 |
| $20,000 | $2,400 | $2,500 |
| $50,000 | $5,600 | $4,000 |
| $100,000 | $10,600 | $6,500 |
| $250,000 | $22,600 | $14,000 |
A 90-day pilot
Before the pilot starts, the contract fixes the target cost per lead or ROAS. It also fixes the go/stop criteria: what counts as working, and what means stop and rethink.
- 01Days 1-30
Tracking and structure
Tracking set up end to end, account structure in place, first tests of offers, audiences and creatives.
- 02Days 31-60
Cut and scale
We cut what is not working and put more budget behind what brings leads and sales.
- 03Days 61-90
Stable numbers
Numbers stable enough to trust, plus a plan for scaling spend after the pilot.
After the pilot, you pick a payment model or walk away. No penalty either way.
Budget and terms
| Test budget | From $1,500/month per platform. |
|---|---|
| Who pays the platform | By default, you - directly from your own card, in your own ad account. History and data stay with you, and there is no markup. |
| Creatives | 8 to 20 a month included in ongoing management. Extra static from $50, extra video from $250. |
| Exit | Monthly plans: 30 days' notice. Hybrid: minimum 3 months. Pay for results: minimum 6 months. |
| Report | Weekly, in money. Spend, leads, sales, ROAS and cost per customer. |
Everything else we run on an ongoing basis
Advertising is not the only service billed month to month. Here is what the rest costs.
| Marketplace management | Retainer from $1,000/month, or $600/month plus a share of turnover. Share: 5% on the first $50,000, 4% on the next $150,000, 3% above that. Minimum term 3 months. |
|---|---|
| SEO and content | Retainer from $1,500/month. A +15% bonus to the fee in months when search leads are above baseline. |
| AI sales agent | Project from $4,000. Or project from $2,500 + 3% of sales the agent closes, for the first 6 months. Needs a CRM that shows the sale's source. |
| Social media | Retainer from $900/month, no percentage - contribution to sales cannot be measured cleanly enough to bill on it |
| Routine takeover | Retainer from $1,200/month |
| Sites, bots, systems | Fixed price, 50% upfront. Flagship programs pay in stages |
| Ad accounts | Fixed per case, from $500 - the platform decides the outcome, not us |
How to pay, and how we check payments
You choose the method after the call. We issue an invoice for your deal, and name the fees of the chosen method before the invoice, not after.
For companies and sole traders: invoice and contract, payment to a company account. We pick the contracting entity your company can pay legally and conveniently.
For individuals and small orders: a payment link through a payment partner. The receipt arrives instantly.
Where the law of your country allows it. TRC20 or BEP20 network, wallet address only in the invoice. Before the first large payment - a small test transfer.
-
01
Numbered invoice, only from info@senator.media
Invoice and contract come only from info@senator.media. The invoice number is in the contract and in every following email.
-
02
Payment details never change in chat
If anyone, even in our name, sends new bank details or a new wallet in a messenger - do not pay, write to info@senator.media. Details change only with a new invoice under the contract.
-
03
We confirm receipt
Bank transfer - within one business day after the money arrives. Card - right away, with the partner's receipt. USDT - after network confirmation, with the transaction hash.
-
04
Work starts after confirmation
Deadlines in the plan count from the day the prepayment arrives, not from the day it was sent.
-
05
Closing documents
After each stage - an acceptance act. On request - the invoice marked paid.
-
06
Refunds
Under the contract, by the same method the payment came in.
What clients ask before they sign
If you take a cut of my ad budget, won't you just push it up?
The budget only grows with your written approval, and only at the target ROAS we agreed on. Our tiers also lower our share as spend grows, so a bigger budget on its own does not grow our income the way you'd expect.
Am I locked into a long contract?
Plans are monthly with 30 days' notice. Hybrid needs 3 months, pay-for-results needs 6 - both because the numbers need that long to mean anything. No penalty once the minimum term is over.
Is there a hidden markup on my ad spend?
No. You pay the platform directly from your own card, in your own ad account. We only invoice our fee.
Who keeps the ad account and the data if we part ways?
You do. The account is in your name from day one. We work through partner access, not by running it under our own account.
What exactly am I paying for each month?
The contract lists the work and the number of creatives included. You also get a weekly report in money, not in impressions.
What if I pay for a month and the numbers get worse?
We record your numbers before day one as the baseline. If you end up below it, we fix it at no extra cost until you are back at least to where you started.
How do I know a 'lead' under pay-for-results is a real one?
The criteria for a qualified lead are written into the contract before the pilot starts, and checked against your own CRM, not ours.
Partnership for equity
For projects with real potential we can take part of the payment as equity - after an audit, by individual agreement.
Glossary, in plain words
- Ad budget
- What you pay the platform - Meta, Google, TikTok - to show your ads. Always separate from our fee.
- Fee
- What you pay us for running or building something. Never the ad budget itself.
- Test budget
- A smaller starting budget for the weeks while we are still finding out what works.
- Learning phase
- The first days after a change, while the platform's own algorithm is still gathering data. Numbers are noisy here - we do not judge a campaign by them yet.
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Ad spend divided by the number of leads it brought in.
- Cost per customer (CAC)
- Ad spend divided by the number of paying customers it brought in, not just leads.
- ROAS
- Revenue divided by ad spend - how many dollars came back for every dollar spent.
- Baseline
- The numbers we write down before we start, so 'better' and 'worse' have a fixed starting point.
- Pixel and Conversions API
- Two ways a platform learns which ad actually led to a sale on your site, so it can spend your budget on more of the same.
- Turnkey
- Built, tested and handed to you ready to run, not a kit you still have to assemble.
Launch prices: conditions
- A launch price applies if the contract is signed and prepaid - at least 50%, or the first stage for a flagship program - by 31 March 2027 inclusive.
- The fixed price covers the scope written in the contract. Extra scope is priced at the prices valid when you ask for it.
- Flagship and bundle stages paid after 31 March 2027 keep the launch price if the contract was signed before that date.
- A monthly service started by 31 March 2027 keeps its monthly price for 12 months from the start. This needs no pause longer than 30 days. A bigger scope - new platforms, a budget tier above the minimum - is priced at current prices, and so is anything after 12 months.
- From 1 April 2027, new prices apply to new contracts only. A signed contract is never repriced.
- Discounts do not stack. A launch price plus a bundle discount is fine, but no extra regional or other discount on top of a bundle. The 15% maximum discount rule still applies.
FAQ
Do I pay the ad budget to you or to the platform?
To the platform, directly from your own card, in your own ad account. We invoice only our fee, listed separately on every report.
Which payment model should I start with?
Most new accounts start with a fixed project or a retainer for the first 90 days - the pilot. The numbers are not stable enough yet for a percentage model to be fair to either side. We recommend a model after seeing your account and your goals, not before.
Can I switch models later?
Yes. The most common move is from a retainer to tiered percent, once spend grows past what a flat fee covers well. Another is from percent to hybrid, once a budget crosses $30,000 a month. We agree any switch in writing before it starts.
What happens to my creatives if I leave?
They are yours. Everything produced for your account - creatives, copy, the account itself - stays with you, the same handover rule as every other service.
Does the 50% prepayment rule apply to ongoing ad management too?
No - that rule is for one-time projects (sites, bots, systems). Ongoing ad management, SEO, marketplace and social retainers are billed monthly, in advance, with no separate prepayment on top.
Why are prices low right now?
This is a new service line, and these are launch prices for our first clients - the team itself has worked since 2015. They hold until 31 March 2027, under the conditions in 'Launch prices: conditions' above. From 1 April 2027 prices go up for new contracts - the website shows the new number next to every price.
