Email, messengers & CRM

WhatsApp is where the conversation already is:
marketing that respects it

WhatsApp converts better than email in most of the markets we work in. It also gets more brands banned than any other channel, because broadcast and template rules get ignored. We build WhatsApp marketing that works inside the platform's own limits.

A banned number is slow and expensive to replace

WhatsApp is the primary channel customers already use to talk to businesses across much of Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America and parts of Europe. Most brands either ignore it as a marketing channel entirely, or use it carelessly. They broadcast from a personal number, ignore the platform’s opt-in and template rules, and eventually get the number flagged or banned. Once that happens, rebuilding trust with that customer base from a new number is slow and expensive.

The opposite failure is just as common. Some brands have WhatsApp Business API access but only use it for support replies. An enormously high-attention channel sits outside the marketing plan, while the same message goes out by email instead, where it gets read far less often.

The core difficulty is that WhatsApp’s rules are strict and specific. Broadcast messages outside an open conversation need pre-approved templates. Rate limits scale with your number’s quality rating. Opt-in has to be explicit and documented. Ignoring these rules is what gets accounts banned, not the volume of marketing itself.

How we set it up

We set up or audit your WhatsApp Business API connection. We get your message templates approved through Meta for the categories you need: order updates, promotional broadcasts, catalogue messages. We also build the opt-in flow, so every contact on your broadcast list can be shown to have agreed to be messaged. That keeps your number’s quality rating healthy, which in turn keeps your messaging limits high.

We build broadcast segments by customer stage, new lead, active customer, lapsed customer, the same way we segment email. A single list never gets one undifferentiated blast. For e-commerce, we connect the WhatsApp catalogue, so customers can browse and order inside the chat itself. That converts noticeably better than sending them to a separate link.

Every broadcast respects the platform’s rate limits and template rules as a hard guardrail, never a guideline someone might skip under deadline pressure. A banned number costs far more than a delayed campaign.

What we need from you

A WhatsApp Business number, or help choosing and registering one if you do not have one yet. Your product catalogue, if you plan to sell through chat. And a documented or exportable list of customers who have opted in to be messaged. If you already use WhatsApp for support, we review those conversations to understand the tone your customers expect.

How we measure

Delivery rate, read rate and reply rate per broadcast. Revenue attributed to WhatsApp, where it connects to your store or CRM. We also track your number’s quality rating directly. A drop there is an early warning that the sending pattern needs adjusting, before it becomes a bigger problem.

Price and timeline

Option Price What it covers Timeline
Launch or audit from $800 API setup, template approval, first broadcast segment, opt-in flow 1 to 2 weeks
Monthly management from $600 / month New broadcasts, catalogue updates, segmentation, monthly reporting monthly, no lock-in
Full control, handover to your team from $1,800 Full build, documentation and training so your team manages the number 2 to 3 weeks

This pairs with telegram channel and bot marketing and LINE broadcast marketing in Thailand, if you sell across markets where different messengers dominate. Add chat marketing and quiz funnels for lead qualification inside the same chat. See the sales funnels and CRM service page, and automate WhatsApp broadcast with personalisation for the agent-run version of this channel. A real multi-channel deployment including WhatsApp analytics is in the real estate CRM and lead routing case study.
