Most AI assistants are built once and run by their own team,
this one had to be handed to someone else entirely
An AI assistant that works in-house is not automatically a product someone else can buy and run.
Task
SENET started as our own AI assistant: a memory engine, a model cascade, image generation and a Telegram bot. Selling it to a third party meant more than a working demo. A buyer had to be able to install it, run it and trust it without us in the room.
What we did
We documented the engine, the KAN router and the Telegram bot so a new operator can deploy the whole stack on their own. We added the guardrails a buyer would expect: API-key auth with rate limiting, a kill switch and an admin key for unauthorised-operation control. The intelligence test suite and router accuracy numbers went into the handover too, as proof rather than a sales pitch.
Result
SENET is live and sold as a packaged product on Hugging Face Spaces, with documentation that lets a buyer run it themselves. Engine, docs and guardrails together are what we hand over whenever a client wants to own what we build, instead of depending on us to run it.
