AI sales and support agents your agency can resell
under your own name, built on your own playbooks

Clients keep asking agencies for an AI agent. Building one in-house means a dev team an agency does not have and does not want to hire. We build the agent on your playbooks, hand it to you white-label, and stay out of the client relationship entirely.

Why a client’s AI request puts agencies in a bind

Marketing agencies get asked for AI agents by clients who saw a competitor’s chatbot, or read about automation and want something similar. Often the agency has no clear point of view yet on what to build. Hiring a full engineering team is a large commitment for an agency whose core business is strategy and media buying. Building one badly, a chatbot that hallucinates prices or annoys customers, costs the agency the client relationship it is trying to protect. Industry commentary on agency services points to AI add-ons as one of the fastest-growing client requests. Estimates put 30 to 50 percent of mid-size agencies fielding this regularly. The question is not whether to have an answer, but how fast to get a credible one.

Subcontracting carries its own risk. An agency that brings in an outside technical team is exposed. That subcontractor might talk to the client directly, under-deliver, or leave the agency holding a support burden it never agreed to. Some agencies have been burned once already: a freelancer disappearing mid-project, a dev shop that quietly pitched the client. They are understandably cautious about handing over any part of the relationship now.

Speed matters too. A client asking for an AI agent usually wants to see something within weeks, not after a quarter of internal planning. An agency with no existing technical fulfillment partner loses the window to competitors who already have one lined up.

There is also a quieter pricing risk. An agency quotes a client based on what a simple chatbot tool costs. Mid-project it discovers the client actually needs CRM integration, multi-channel support and guardrails against invented prices. It ends up eating the overrun or renegotiating with a client who already feels misled. A fulfillment partner who has priced enough of these jobs removes that risk before a number is ever quoted.

What we build for your agency

An agent built on your existing playbooks. We work from the scripts, objections, FAQ and brand voice your agency already has for the client. These are the same inputs we would collect from a client we served ourselves. The agent sounds like your work, not ours.

Fully white-label from day one. No branding, documentation or interface element mentions Senator Media. Your client sees your agency’s name on the deliverable and, if you choose, never learns a subcontractor was involved.

A closed tool list and escalation rules your account team approves. The same guardrails we put on every agent: a defined set of actions it can take. Anything risky routes to a human your agency designates. You control what the agent is allowed to do before it talks to the client’s customers.

Documentation written for you to present and support. Not internal engineering notes. Material your account team can hand to the client, written as if you are the one speaking, not us.

Deployment on infrastructure you choose. Your own hosting, your client’s hosting, or ours if you prefer not to manage servers. Access is handed to your agency, so you are never locked out of your own deliverable.

A clear line on who the client calls. We build and hand over. Your agency owns support, billing and the relationship going forward, with a separate conversation if you want us available for deeper technical escalations during a defined window.

A reusable framework for repeat clients. Once the first agent is built, adapting the same architecture for a second or third client is faster and cheaper. That shows up directly in repeat-client pricing.

Two to four weeks, step by step

  1. Week 1: playbook and scope intake. We collect your existing scripts, brand voice and the specific job the agent needs to do for this client. We agree on what stays strictly confidential between your agency and us.
  2. Week 1-2: build. The agent is built against your playbook, with the same tool-list and escalation discipline we apply to every project. It is white-labeled from the first internal demo.
  3. Week 2-3: internal review with your team. Your account team reviews the agent’s behavior before your client sees anything. Changes get folded in before any client-facing demo.
  4. Week 3: client-ready handover. Documentation, access and a presentation-ready demo delivered to your agency, to show the client under your own name.
  5. Week 3-4: launch and tuning. The agent goes live under your management, with two weeks of technical support to your team included.

What it costs

Package Price Best for
Assistant from $1,500 One client, one channel, FAQ and support agent built from an existing playbook
Sales agent from $4,000 A client needing multi-channel sales logic, CRM integration and a fuller playbook build
Agent team from $10,000 Several agents for a larger client account, or a reusable framework your agency can adapt across multiple clients

Prices follow the AI agent service packages, billed to your agency. What you charge your client is entirely yours to set.

What usually happens after launch

Agencies that add a credible AI agent offering typically report it becoming a meaningful share of new client conversations within a couple of quarters. That fits the broader trend of AI requests growing as a share of agency briefs. A white-label fulfillment partner typically shortens the time between a client’s request and an agency having something to demo. Months of internal planning become a two-to-four-week build window. That matters most when a competing agency is pitching the same client.

Agencies that keep the technical build fully separated from the client relationship commonly report fewer relationship risks than agencies that have previously used subcontractors who engaged clients directly. Our own numbers are in the case studies linked below.

Why work with us

  • We built the sales playbook discipline behind this for a B2B certification body’s outreach agent. The multi-brand content discipline behind it is in a content agent serving two brands.
  • White-label is the default, not an upgrade. Our name does not appear anywhere your client can see it.
  • Fixed price agreed with your agency before work starts, with a working demo every week so your account team is never surprised by the final reveal.
  • We stay out of your client relationship entirely, unless you explicitly ask us to be involved.

An AI agent handles the client’s conversation. Many agencies pair this with a white-label site or app build for the same client. Or look at the broader AI agents and automation service for the full range of what can be built this way.

Tell us about the client request you are fielding and the playbooks you already have. We will send back a fixed price and a two-to-four-week plan: get in touch.

FAQ

How much does a white-label AI agent cost, and how does pricing work for resale?

The build starts from $1,500 for a single-client agent, billed to your agency at our standard rate. You set your own resale price to your client. We never contact your client directly or see what you charge them.

Will our client know Senator Media built it?

No. Everything, from the branding in the chat interface to the documentation we hand over, is white-label. Our name does not appear in anything your client sees, and we do not take credit for the work publicly without your agreement.

Who owns the client relationship and support after launch?

You do, fully. We build and hand over, with documentation written for your team to present and support. If you want us available for deeper technical questions during a support window, that is a separate arrangement we agree upfront.

Can you build to our existing playbooks and brand voice, or do we need to write new ones?

We work from whatever playbooks, scripts and brand guidelines you already use with clients. If a client has none, we help your team build one, using the same process we use on our own client work.

What if we need to resell this to several clients?

We price per build. A shared agent framework adapts faster for a second or third client once the first is live, and that shows up in repeat-build pricing.

Can this run alongside work we are already doing with other vendors?

Yes. We stay in our lane: the agent build and its technical architecture. We do not need visibility into your other vendor relationships or your broader client strategy to do this well.
