A bot platform with your name on it, not ours:
white label, built to be resold
Agencies that sell Telegram bots to their own clients keep rebuilding the same core: flows, payments, an admin panel, under a different name each time. We build that core once, as a white-label platform you brand and resell, drawing on more than 250 bots and agents we have already shipped.
What it actually is
A white-label Telegram bot platform is a reusable core: flows, payment handling, an admin panel, logging and monitoring. It is built once and branded as your agency’s own product. It lets you sell Telegram bots to multiple clients without rebuilding the same infrastructure from scratch every time. Multi-tenancy is the key architectural piece. Each client’s bot, data, and configuration stay isolated under one platform. Adding a new client becomes a configuration task, not a new software project.
When this actually pays off
You need this if your agency sells Telegram bots as a recurring service. Rebuilding core functionality for each new client, flow logic, payment integration, an admin panel, costs more than it should. It also turns maintaining many separate codebases into a growing burden. An agency with several current or planned bot clients, or one building a recurring revenue model around bot services, is the clear fit.
You do not need this if you are building a single bot for your own product, or for one client with no plan to resell the underlying platform. In that case, our standard Telegram bot and Mini App development, covered on the development service page, is the simpler, more direct path.
How the platform is put together
The core runs on Python with aiogram for the bot layer. A flow builder abstraction turns common patterns into per-client configuration instead of custom code: catalogue browsing, booking, lead capture, support menus. Payments integrate Telegram Stars, card processors, and crypto depending on what a given client needs. We build that once into the core rather than re-integrate it per bot. PostgreSQL with row-level tenant isolation keeps each client’s data separate under one platform, and Redis handles session state and rate limiting consistently across tenants.
The admin panel is the part your team actually lives in day to day. It lets you configure a new client’s bot, branding, flows, and payment settings without touching code. It also gives you visibility across all your clients’ bots from one place instead of juggling separate deployments. White-labeling strips any trace of our branding from what end users and clients see, so your agency’s name is what shows up throughout.
For agencies wanting a more advanced tier, we build an optional AI agent layer on Claude. It follows the same closed-tool-list, fully logged approach behind the AI agents we have built directly for clients. The agent introduces itself as an AI assistant at the start of every conversation, so you can resell AI capability without building that safeguard yourself.
This platform draws directly on more than 250 Telegram bots, Mini Apps, and AI agents we have built. That includes a full marketplace engine with instant delivery, proof that the patterns underneath hold up outside a demo.
What agencies still need to plan for
Multi-tenant architecture is harder to build correctly than a single bot, and harder to retrofit later if skipped at the start. We build tenant isolation in from day one rather than treating it as an add-on. Bolting real multi-tenancy onto a single-tenant system afterward is close to a rebuild.
Your support and sales operation still has to scale with your client count. The platform removes the engineering bottleneck to adding clients, but configuring, selling, and supporting each client bot stays your agency’s ongoing work. We say that plainly rather than imply the platform runs itself.
Price and timeline
| Option | Price | What it covers | Timeline |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core platform | from $6,000 | Multi-tenant flows, payments, admin panel, white-label branding | 6 to 9 weeks |
| Platform with AI agent tier | from $11,000 | Everything above plus a resellable Claude-based AI agent layer | 9 to 14 weeks |
Running cost scales with the number of active client bots, typically $10 to $40 a month per client bot in hosting. You can pass that through to clients or absorb it into your own pricing.
What this builds on
This builds on the same foundations as chat and messenger inside your product. It pairs with referral and affiliate tracking if you want to incentivize client referrals to your platform. See the development service page and AI agents service for the underlying capabilities this platform packages. For the production bots and engines this core is built from, see the marketplace engine case study and the ProBay marketplace case study.

FAQ
How much does a white-label Telegram bot platform cost?
From $6,000 for a multi-tenant core covering flows, payments and an admin panel, white-labeled under your agency's brand. Adding an AI agent layer as a premium tier, or deeper per-client customization, typically runs $10,000 to $18,000.
Does Senator Media's name appear anywhere in the product our clients see?
No. That is the actual point of a white-label build. Your clients see your agency's branding throughout: the bot, the admin panel, any documentation we hand over. We build the platform. You own the client relationship and the brand entirely.
Can we configure a new client's bot without hiring a developer each time?
Yes. The platform is built multi-tenant specifically so a new client is a configuration task inside your admin panel: flow setup, branding, payment details. It is not a new codebase or a new deployment that needs engineering time.
Can we resell an AI agent tier, not just rule-based bots?
Yes. A Claude-based AI agent layer can be offered as a premium tier within the same platform. It uses the same closed-tool, fully logged approach behind the AI agents we have built directly for clients. The agent introduces itself as an AI assistant at the start of every conversation. You can sell a more advanced product without building that safeguard yourself.
Who owns the platform code?
You do. Once delivered, the platform is yours to operate, extend, and resell as your business sees fit, with no ongoing dependency on us unless you want continued development support.
