A landing page built to convert,
not just to look good

Most landing pages fail for the same reason: they try to say everything, so the visitor acts on nothing. We build a page around one goal. Copy comes before the layout, tracking actually fires, and load times stay fast enough that the offer gets seen before someone leaves.

What makes a page a landing page

A landing page that converts is a single page built around one visitor action: buy, book, sign up, request a quote. No competing links, no navigation menu pulling attention away, and every line of copy answers a question the visitor actually has. It is different from a corporate site page. It is not trying to represent the whole business. It is trying to close one specific ask for one specific audience, usually the one arriving from a paid ad, an email, or a specific search term.

It is the right tool for a new product launch, a specific ad campaign, a lead-gen offer, or a webinar or event signup. It also fits any case where sending traffic to a general homepage would waste the intent that brought the visitor there. It is the wrong tool when the goal is brand awareness, or when the audience needs to browse several options. A corporate site or a catalogue serves that better.

What’s in the build

The page starts with copy, not a layout. What the offer is, who it is for, what objection stops someone from acting, what proof removes that objection. Only once that argument holds up on paper does the visual structure get built around it: hero, proof, offer detail, objection handling. One clear call to action repeats at the right intervals, not scattered everywhere.

Technically, the build includes a form or checkout step that writes directly into Telegram, email or your CRM with the UTM parameters intact. A lead’s source is never lost between the ad platform and your pipeline. Tracking gets set up to fire on the real action, not just on a page view. GA4, the Meta Pixel, and server-side conversion tracking through the Conversions API all point at the actual conversion. A pixel that only tracks visits tells you nothing about whether the page actually works.

How we build it

We start with the offer and the audience: what is being sold, to whom, and the one thing we need the visitor to believe before they act. Copy gets drafted and approved before any design work begins. A beautiful layout built around weak copy still fails. Design and build happen in parallel with the copy locked. A component set keeps load time low: minimal JavaScript, optimized images, no third-party widget bloat that silently adds a second to load time.

Before launch, we test the full flow ourselves on a slow connection and a real phone. We verify every tracking event fires on the right action, and check the form actually reaches wherever it is supposed to land. After launch, we watch the first real traffic. Copy, layout or the offer presentation gets tuned based on what visitors actually do, not on a guess made before launch.

Timeline and price

Tier Price What it covers Timeline
MVP from $1,500 One offer, one page, forms and tracking, mobile-first 2 to 4 weeks
Production from $3,200 A/B test variants, multi-step funnel or quiz, CRM integration 3 to 4 weeks
Full control, handover-ready from $4,200 Everything above, plus a full documentation and handover package so your own team or another agency can run it without us 3 to 4 weeks

Running cost is close to zero beyond hosting. Most of the ongoing cost is tuning copy against real traffic, which the first 30 days cover.

What you own at the end

The repository, the hosting account or deployment credentials, and the tracking setup are yours on payment, as set in the contract, with read access from day one. None of it gets licensed back to us. You get a short handover document explaining what each tracked event means and where the form data goes. A different developer could maintain the page without calling us first.

This pairs with the performance marketing service for the campaign driving traffic to the page. See corporate website development when the next step is a full site around it. For the tracking layer underneath, see server-side tracking (CAPI) and product analytics setup. For real results, see the tattoo studio ad profit case and the sports nutrition sales growth case.

FAQ

How much does a landing page cost?

From $1,500 for a single-offer page with copy, tracking and a form, live in 2 to 4 weeks. A page with an A/B test setup or a multi-step quiz funnel usually runs $2,500 to $4,000.

How fast can it go live?

2 to 4 weeks for one page from brief to launch, including a round of copy revisions. A rush build for a live campaign deadline is possible. We flag the tradeoffs in the first call rather than promising everything at once.

What do you build it with?

Next.js or a static build on our hosting stack for speed, or a Shopify or WordPress page when the rest of your site already lives there. Either way the page is built around one action, not a theme's default sections.

Who owns the page and the code?

You do, from the first commit. We deploy on your domain or a small VPS in your name, hand over the repository and the tracking setup. Documentation covers what each piece does, so another developer can pick it up.

What happens after launch?

30 days of fixes to copy, tracking or layout based on real traffic are included. After that, a maintenance arrangement or a one-off edit is available. Nothing breaks if you walk away, since the page is yours either way.
