An honest audit first,
before we touch a single setting
Before we propose a single change, we audit what is actually happening. What the pixel really sees. What the structure is actually bidding on. What the feed is actually showing. Most underperforming accounts have two or three fixable root causes, not a dozen unrelated problems.
Why “unsalvageable” accounts usually are not
Underperforming accounts almost never have a single obvious problem. They accumulate several small ones that compound. A pixel firing on the wrong event. A campaign structure built for an old product line. Creative that has run unchanged for months. A feed with a handful of broken links. Each one alone might be survivable, but together they can make an account look unsalvageable when it is actually a short list of fixes away from working.
The other common pattern: an account handed between agencies or freelancers with no documentation. Nobody currently managing it understands why certain settings exist, so teams get afraid to change anything, including the things actively hurting performance.
An audit only works if it is honest about priority. A report listing forty issues with no ranking is not actionable. Every finding we produce comes with an explicit estimate of its likely impact, even when that estimate has to be a reasoned range, not a precise number. We would rather hand over three fixes worth doing this week than forty worth doing eventually.
What the audit actually checks
- Tracking first. We compare what the pixel or conversion tracking reports against your actual order or lead data. This mismatch alone explains more underperformance than any other factor we see.
- Structure review. Campaign and ad set structure checked against current platform best practice, flagging anything built for a strategy or product line that no longer applies.
- Creative fatigue check. Active creatives reviewed for how long they have run, and whether performance has quietly declined without anyone noticing.
- Feed and catalogue check. For e-commerce accounts, the product feed audited for errors, mismatches and disapprovals that silently cap performance.
- A prioritised fix list. Findings ranked by expected impact, so the fixes that matter most happen first, not a long, undifferentiated list nobody gets through.
What you hand us to start
- Read access to the ad account or accounts in question.
- Access to your real order or lead data so tracking can be checked against reality.
- An honest history of what has changed recently: new products, new agency, new tracking setup.
- Time for a 30 to 45 minute call to walk through the findings together.
- Openness to hearing that the problem might be simpler, or more fundamental, than expected.
What counts as the deliverable here
The audit itself is the deliverable: a written report with findings ranked by impact, plus a call to walk through them. If you want us to implement the fixes, that becomes a recovery engagement scoped around the specific issues found, not a generic management retainer.
Where tracking was the core problem, we verify the fix by comparing platform-reported conversions against your real order data again after implementation. That closes the loop the audit opened.
Where the audit uncovers something outside our scope, a legal or payment-processing issue behind a ban, for instance, we say so plainly. We will not offer to fix something we are not positioned to fix.

FAQ
How much does this cost?
The audit itself starts from $500. If you want us to implement the fixes, ongoing management starts from $1,000 a month, scoped around what the audit found.
How long until we see results?
The audit takes 3 to 5 days. How long recovery takes after that depends on what we find. A tracking fix can show results within days, a structural rebuild can take a few weeks.
What ad budget do we need alongside this?
The audit has a fixed, modest cost, since it does not involve media spend. Recovery work afterward is scoped to what is actually needed, not sold as a fixed package before we know the issues.
What do you need from us?
Read access to the ad account, your real order or lead data for comparison. An honest recent history of the account. And time for one call to review findings.
How do you report on performance?
A written audit report with findings ranked by impact. If recovery follows, we verify the fix worked by comparing platform data to your real orders again.
