Product photography and packshots
consistent down to the millimeter, every single card

A catalogue where every product card looks slightly different, different lighting, different crop, different background, quietly costs trust and conversion. We built a bot that produces product cards at $0.04 each with product size calibrated to within 2%. We run the same standard for client catalogues.

Why a mismatched catalogue costs more than it looks

A product catalogue built up over time, different photographers, different lighting setups, different background choices, looks inconsistent to a shopper scrolling through it. Inconsistency reads as unprofessional even when each individual photo is fine on its own. Marketplaces in particular penalize this with lower buy-box performance and conversion.

The second leak is product size inaccuracy. A packshot where the product looks noticeably bigger or smaller than its real dimensions is common when photos come from different sources without a size reference. It leads to returns and complaints that have nothing to do with the actual product quality.

The third leak is reshoot cost. A catalogue that grows SKU by SKU, with a full photographer booking for every new batch, scales linearly in cost and time. That becomes unsustainable once a catalogue passes a few hundred products.

How we build a consistent catalogue

We set a fixed visual standard once: lighting, crop, background, angle. Then we apply it consistently across the catalogue, whether that means reshooting from raw photos or processing existing ones. Background removal and clean packshot production run through a pipeline we built specifically for this. It also handles size and proportion calibration, checked against real product dimensions and calibrated to within 2% deviation in our own work.

Where a category benefits from it, we also produce lifestyle or in-context shots alongside the clean packshot, since some products sell better shown in use. The whole process is built to batch, so a catalogue scaling into hundreds of SKUs does not need a linear increase in cost or time. Our own AI-assisted pipeline brought card cost down to $0.04 each from $0.40.

Every batch goes through a quality check before anything is approved for your catalogue or marketplace feed, so consistency is enforced, not just hoped for.

What we need from you

Raw product photos or the physical products themselves if a fresh shoot is needed, and real product dimensions for accurate size calibration. Plus any existing brand or marketplace-specific guidelines, since platforms like Amazon or Shopee have their own photo requirements that need to be respected.

What counts as a result here

Cards produced against the agreed standard per batch, and quality issues caught and fixed before publishing. Where you track conversion at the product level, we also show the before-and-after once a catalogue moves from mismatched photos to a consistent standard.

FAQ

How much does product photography cost?

Packs start at $700 for a batch of products shot or processed to a fixed standard. At scale, our AI-assisted pipeline can produce consistent product cards for roughly $0.04 each once the standard and reference set are built.

How long does a batch take?

A first batch, standard definition plus the first set of processed photos, takes about a week. Once the standard is set, ongoing batches for new SKUs run faster since the calibration work is already done.

What budget should we plan for?

A first pack starts at $700. Catalogues with hundreds of SKUs benefit from the AI-assisted pipeline pricing, which drops the per-card cost sharply once the initial standard is calibrated.

What do you need from us?

Raw product photos or physical products to photograph, real product dimensions for size calibration, and any existing brand or marketplace guidelines the cards need to follow.

How do you report on photography output?

A batch report on cards produced against the standard, and any flagged quality issues caught before publishing. Where you track it, we also report conversion by product before and after the catalogue reaches a consistent standard.
